Hydraulic flat mouth hook consists of flat nose hook and hydraulic power station.

Flat mouth hook is located at bottom of pile, controls pile movement and rotation during pile lifting and flipping process. After pile is in a upright position, hydraulic cylinder assists to quickly separate the hook body from pile.

Hydraulic power station integrates hydraulic system and cable storage drum system. Cable storage drum movement is controlled by manual control valve; two thrust jacks move synchronously and reverse thrust steel pile to release the flat nose hook.
